Knowledge sources

Knowledge sources are the basis of an assitant's knowledge. We have 3 ways to add knowledge:

• Web pages

• Document upload (PDF, DOC, and others)

• Manual QA

Add web pages, and we will get all data from this website and make it available to an assistant. Did the content change? Just press Index and we will re-visit the webpage and update the data.

You can upload documents like PDFs and Word documents, we can handle many data formats and our PDF data extraction is the best in the industry.

If you feel like some information is missing for an assistant, just mannually add it in the form of a question-answer pair. We'll make sure the assistant knows it.
