Connections

You can use Springtide through one of our plug and play connections. Right now we have the following connectors:

• Slack Chatbot

• Microsoft Teams Chatbot

• Zendesk Automatic reply Assistant

Our Zendesk Assistant can automatically draft answers to tickets that are coming in through Zendesk. You can just use this answer, or change it a bit and press send. It will save your CSM team loads of time!
